We use the terms “personal data” and “personal information” interchangeably in this Notice.  This personal information may be submitted to REDAAL through the online booking process and the follow-up communications and/or alternative channels (e.g., text messaging phone calls and emails).  If you do use our website, redaalglobal.com as part of your booking process, please also refer to our website Privacy and Data Protection Policy.

This Notice is issued by REDAAL as data controller (i.e. a person or organization who alone or jointly determines the purposes for and the manner in which, any personal information is, or is likely to be, processed).

1 The Personal Information we collect

REDAAL may collect certain personal data or personal information with respect to booking of rides, this information includes:

Contact information — including name, phone numbers, personal email addresses and physical addresses

Credit/ Debit Crad — Credit or debit card information like, name on card, card number, expiration date and card security code for payment only.

Other information — we may also collect any other information like other names of persons and addresses if you are booking rides for a third-party person. We may also collect other information that are relevant to a customer booking.

2 How Will we use your information

REDAAL may use your personal information for the following purposes:

Managing your bookings, including your identity, knowing where to pick up and drop off and paying on-line for convenience.

Furthering our commitment to our customers and creating a convenient booking process

We may process personal information to the extent necessary for the establishment, exercise and defense of legal claims, including the management of legal claims and the investigation and establishment of relevant facts.
