Cancellation or Refund Policy

Exceptional operational transportation of C-Suites Executives

We know that issues of life can disrupt plans therefore, we do not charge on cancellation except for a no show.

Cancelling a ride

We expect our customers to notify us of any cancellation as soon as realistically possible. This will enable us to redirect our resources towards new requests. This can be done by calling, texting or emailing our office.

Rescheduling Trip Dates

We would like our customers to give us 24-hour notification regarding trip dates changes.

Rescheduling Destination

Our customers can reschedule their trip destination at any time as we are always prepared to accommodate that.

Waiting Time

We have extended our waiting time beyond the industry standard as we understand that sometimes your days don’t run according to plans. Our wait grace period of 10minutes of driver arrival after which $1/ minute will be charged. Drivers are required to send an arrival message to the rider immediately on arrival.

This waiting time does not include airport pick-ups

Our waiting time for Airport pick-up:

Domestic Flight: 30 Minutes

International Flight: 60 Minutes

Extending wait time: Our customers can request an extension of waiting time up to additional 15minutes for domestic flights and 30minutes for international flights. This can be done by calling, texting or sending and email to our office/contact person

Ride Forced Cancellation

We will be forced to cancel your airport pick-up after the grace period expires and we are unable to contact you for an extension. We will do our best to accommodate changes to your trip that will extend the waiting time in as much as we are communicating with you

Other Fees:

Our customers will be responsible for all toll charges along their routes. All toll receipts will be included in all invoices.

Tax 7% sales taxes is charged to all fares.

We encourage our drivers to pack vehicles is a safe place. Therefore, if your route requires paid parking for safety reasons, customers will be responsible for all packing tickets, airport included.

Meet and Greet is free but will only apply to your trip if selected during trip bookings

Car Seat are free but will only apply to your trip if selected during bookings

Credit card transaction fee 3% transaction fee is charged on all credit card payments.

Please note that all our vehicles are No Smoking vehicles.
